The Alpiner Extreme Solarmetre marks a technological turning point for Alpina, becoming the Manufacture's very first solar-powered watch. Equipped with the Swiss-made AL-140 calibre, designed with La Joux-Perret, it offers total freedom: as long as the dial is exposed to light, the battery recharges continuously. Just one minute of exposure is enough to power a whole day's operation, while a full charge guarantees up to 10 months of autonomy without any light source.

Innovation at the Service of Aesthetics

The true feat of this model lies in its translucent dial, which conceals advanced photovoltaic cells while maintaining the opaque and refined appearance of the Maison's traditional dials. Adorned with Alpina's iconic triangular motif, the dial features applied hour markers and luminescent hands for optimal readability in all circumstances. A subtle blue border surrounds the logo at 12 o'clock, while the counterweight triangle on the second hand is also adorned in blue, discreetly signifying the watch's membership of the solar technology range.

Its robust three-part structure is water-resistant to 100 metres and protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The collection is available in five nature-inspired colours - burgundy, mint green, light blue, navy blue and frosted white - mounted on either a sophisticated steel bracelet or a textured rubber strap, offering the perfect balance between technical performance and sporty elegance.
