- D.W. Wilson, a highly educated and skilled craftsman, brings over forty years of extensive experience and prolific design creativity to each individual piece produced for his private clients.
- D.W.'s extensive private collection includes exclusive designs of fine jewelry, studio jewelry, vessels, large metal-wood sculptures, furniture, architectural installations, and other unique pieces of metal-art.
Experience includes; a B.S. in 1980 from Illinois State University studying jewelry and metalsmithing with Ed Neimi and Richard Mawdsley; workshops with metalsmithing pioneers Heikki Seppa, Albert Paley, Eugene and Hiroko-Sato Pijanowski, and Edward DeLarge; goldsmithing and designer for Fred Joaillier, the esteemed French jeweler; and worked in an artisan partnership serving Tiffany, Cartier, David Webb, and the Italian firm, Vaid; as well as many years building bronze sculptures and monuments for the top artists in the Southwest.
His work has adorned a First Lady for an Inaugural Ball, has flown on a space-shuttle mission, graces the walls of his clients' homes and businesses worldwide, and is considered a prized possession of the most discerning taste.
D.W.'s work is regularly featured in the finest galleries throughout the United States.
