Kaiser is a contemporary artist who approaches the canvas with the idea that art should inspire the viewer,
exciting their creative vision and not to be taken too seriously. An artist since childhood, she was educated in
Seattle & Southern California and then went on to graduate from the New York Fashion Institute of Design
and Merchandising. After leaving college the arts played an integral part in the workplace including jobs in
advertising, both as a copywriter and graphic designer, and in marketing for national companies and
international airlines.
Kaiser has been winning awards in juried art competitions since childhood and eventually won national
acclaim as a published glass and copper enamel artist. Currently she maintains studios in both the San
Francisco Bay Area and Southern Arizona and has rediscovered painting, adding the unique aspects of
texture and kinetic elements onto canvas. Many of these works are now in galleries in Arizona and California.

| “My approach to painting is to create an image that resembles a work in glass. I first carve designs into the wet first layer of paint and then add layers of color and design that overlay each other adding a third dimension to the canvas. I then finish each work with metallic threads that give the final kinetic quality that defines my art.” |
